Cronous Online makes a comeback, launches Sept. 1, 2022

Game publisher Valofe has announced that the classic MMORPG title, Cronous Online, will release globally via the Steam platform on September 1, 2022.

Cronous Online is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game with full 3D graphics that supports zoom-in and zoom-out features, camera rotation, and camera height adjustment, which enables free change of view. The PC game will have a nostalgic feel, making it enjoyable for players.

Cronous received a lot of support from many veteran players for many years. It may have been out of the limelight for quite some time, but Valofe will release the game on Steam in response to all of the players who have been waiting to play it again.

To recall, Cronous Online initially launched in 2007. The official global Cronous server by Neowiz was closed in August 2021. Meanwhile, the MMORPG game was released in the Philippines in January 2008 under the title Cronous Pilipinas, published by Amped Games, the now-defunct online games division of ABS-CBN Interactive.

According to Valofe, with the comeback of Cronous Online Global, the game will have a "lot of various contents to offer," and the player's attention and desire to play the game again will be interested in its "nostalgic feels." This release focuses on enhancements to the game.
