Vikingard to feature TV series 'Vikings' in new crossover events

The first crossover event between NetEase Games' mobile casual RPG game "Vikingard" and MGM's popular television series "Vikings" has been announced.

Players will be able to experience the journey of the legendary Ragnar Lothbrok beginning on August 23, 2022, when the first in-game integration featuring content and themed events related to season 1 of Vikings is released.

Both the Vikings franchise and Vikingard have become global sensations, and they will meet for the first time at one of the year's largest gaming events. Through a series of special in-game integrations that combine Vikings and Vikingard, players will finally have the opportunity to fight alongside heroes from the Vikings universe.

The first Vikings-themed addition to Vikingard will allow players to recruit Ragnar, Lagertha, Rollo, and Floki and fight alongside them. The art design of Vikingard has recreated these characters in exquisite detail, allowing players to admire them as they battle enemies.

Once the initial in-game integration is complete, these four Vikings will assist players in their quests to seize territories and attack cities. Players can join Ragnar on his journey to become king and offer him advice, or they can invite Ragnar, Lagertha, Rollo, and Floki to their tribes to gain insight into their respective journeys. Even more, players can befriend these Vikings icons and earn exclusive rewards, allowing them to cherish the journey together.
