Fibroids are the non cancerous growth in the uterus or the outline of the uterus. These occur normally in women during childbearing years that is fertile years of our life. They occur in various sizes, big or small. The quantity also differs from person to person.

Some of the symptoms are heavy menstrual bleeding, constant to urinate pain in the lower abdominal pain in pelvic region, leg pain, back pain or even constipation. While there are no specific signs which can confirm the presence of fibroids, but it is observed and experience that obesity poor eating habits.

Never having a child early period, lack of fitness regime can be some of the triggering factor. In the case of fibroids, here are something that would definitely help preventing fibroids.

First, stop consuming meat and high calorie diet. One of the biggest red flags for this disorder is consuming meat and processed food with very high calories. Stop eating non veg. This is a major cause for this condition. Excessive quantity of butter, cheese, bread and ice cream can promote obesity and weight gain, which again increases the chances of this disorder.

Second, consumption of estrogen rich food, flax seeds, sesame seeds, soya beans, garlic, berries, cabbages, etc are examples that boast the female hormone in our body. All these things in turn will increase the threat and trigger the disorder. As an alternative, one must consume fruits and vegetables that are rich in fiber and water contents. This would cause internal balance and weight loss.
Third, consumption of sugar. One must control or restrict sugar consumption as it definitely increases the risk of fibrosis. Refined sugar spikes our blood sugar level which causes increase insulin generation. This might add to weight gain and possible danger of fibrosis. Instead, we could definitely opt for natural source of fructose in the form of fresh fruits and unsweetened juices to satisfy our cravings.

Forth, drinking or smoking. Facing the symptoms or complications, one must not indulge in smoking and drinking as it might trigger the hormones to grow and also cause inflammation. High intake of caffeine can also add to the risk. We should opt for herbal or green tea as a healthy alternative.
