Everyone has faced a stressful life during the lockdown, our routine life has turned down, and many of us still struggling for a normal life. Stress can't be sustained for a long time, and need to be controlled. Due to COVID -19, we have lost our jobs, our businesses, and the lives of people.

The new variant of coronavirus, Omicron is in action and spreading from person to person as compared to the other variants. We need to take special care again, all the above problems may occur in the upcoming months, and we need to be prepared, these worries may convert into stress, anxiety, or depression.

We have learned about working from home, social distancing, and a lot of uncertainties in life, these experiences need to share with all. We have observed the best solution to control stress. ·       We have experienced when the whole world was at home, everything was managed from home, because, our police force, health workers, and for many essential, duties, like cleaning, medical and food suppliers and sanitizing team, were there on duty. They have proved that every difficult situation can be controlled, but we need to step forward.

·       The health care workers have been appreciated by the whole world, during lockdown the situation was the same everywhere in the world, when we were at home, we didn’t want to get into contact with the corona, and we were afraid of going out, but at the same time doctors, nurses and all the health workers were on duty to save or lives.  How to manage stress in hospitals during lockdown

Step forward to accept the lifestyle

·       As it had been declared that nobody was allowed to go out during lockdown, still for essential works government permitted on the pass, we were worried that the COVID was there on the road like an enemy, we have no such arms to fight with corona, still we fought with the situation, and stepped forward, accepted the new lifestyle.

·       As we have faced every situation when all the people were safe in their homes, and health workers were on duty. What kind of stress they will have faced, during lockdown and COVID. That was the best way of controlling stress, accordingly, we prepared ourselves as warriors and fought with the upcoming situations.

·       Talk to friends, and share your problems and they may give some tips to avoid the stress which creates healthy lifestyles, stay connected with everyone.

·       Priority of workload can be fixed to meet the deadline, you have plenty of time to manage at home.

·       Focus on breathing, specific breathing can help to reduce your stress, breath in the hold and breathe out after 3,4 seconds, this way you will get relief from stress.

·       Spare some time for you to get stress-free, relax, and use something you like, such as music, song, or recreation.

·       Keep your office, and online work separate from bed, maintain it like an office at home, and don’t change your routine time of work.

·       Try to do something creative or new as per hobby or your passion may come out as a new idea for a business.

·       Meditation is the best way for stress management, by practicing meditation daily our anxiety or depression will be reduced.

·       Need to move out for some time to refresh your mind to get stress-free, relaxation will help to reduce symptoms of depression.  Always keep in mind that life will be normal.

How to manage stress in lockdown we need to take precautions and special care at every stage, it can be managed by relaxation which reduces symptoms of depression. When the world was at home, health workers and police and many essential duties were not stopped, they were on the job and faced different levels of situations.

As we know that the new variant of coronavirus, Omicron is in action, and spreading as compared to the other variants. We need to take care again and be prepared, these worries may convert into stress, anxiety, or depression.
