Globe to offer Disney+ subscription; here's how to subscribe

Globe has announced that it is the first telecommunications operator to distribute the much-anticipated video streaming service Disney+ in the Philippines from November 17, 2022. It will be available to both Globe Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers.

Here are the subscription plans:

Disney Plus Mobile Plan for PHP 159 per month or PHP 1,150 per year
Disney+ Premium Plan, for streaming on up to four devices, for PHP 369 per month or PHP 2,950 per year

Here's how to subscribe to Disney+ with Globe Prepaid or Postpaid:

Prepaid users may opt to pay for a subscription through their load credits.
Customers with postpaid service may charge the subscription to their bill.
Customers with the GlobeOne app may subscribe to Disney Plus using Globe Rewards points at 295 points for a monthly Premium Plan or 127 points for a monthly Mobile Plan. To acquire more Rewards points, Globe Postpaid customers on GPlan PLUS 799 and up can convert their GBs to Rewards points.
Customers with the Globe Platinum plan may avail of a Disney Plus subscription and charge it to their monthly consumable allowance.
New Globe At Home subscribers who apply to GFiber Unli Plan 2499 or above and recontracting subscribers who upgrade to GFiber Unli Plan 2499 or higher will have access to Disney Plus Premium Annual. That's on Globe.
New and recontracting Mobile Postpaid customers who apply for or renew GPlan PLUS 1299 to 2499 are eligible for a free annual Mobile Plan for Disney Plus. The duration of the GPlan PLUS promo is from November 17 through December 31, 2022.
