2 cups of water
½ piece cinnamon
1 clove
½ stick of dry ginger root or fresh ginger
1 pinch of turmeric
1 pinch of whole black pepper
3 curry leaves
Raw honey
2 petals of hibiscus
1 tulsi leaf
1 tablespoon of cardamom powder
Little lemon

Method:
Take water in a bowl, mix all the ingredients except lemon, honey and turmeric. Mix it and let it rest over night. Remove the infusion in the morning and then add a pinch of turmeric, a tablespoon full of honey and a spoon of lemon juice. Mix it and drink it.

1 cup of water
2 tablespoons full of Aloe Vera gel
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 pinch of pepper

1 neem leaf
1 tulsi leaf
Water

Cut the apples into large chunks. You keep the skin on. Fill a jar with chunks of apple, add cinnamon sticks, neem, and tulsi, and fill this jar with water. Let it sit over time and drink it in the morning.
