PLDT Home Rewards: Earn Crystals, Redeem Rewards
PLDT Home Rewards is a membership rewards program for active PLDT Home customers like Fiber and DSL. This loyalty and rewards program by MVP Rewards allows members to earn "Crystals" or points, which can be redeemed for bill rebates, discounts, and exciting treats. Moreover, members can enjoy surprise perks, amazing freebies, deals from partner merchants, and raffle entries.
How to register for the PLDT Home Rewards Program?
To enroll on PLDT Home Rewards, follow the guide below.
1. Go to the PLDT Home Rewards page (https://pldthome.com/loyalty-and-rewards)
2. Click on the "Sign Up Now" button.
3. Fill out the required fields once you are redirected to the PLDT Home Rewards sign-up page.
- Mobile Number
- Last Name
- First Name, Middle Name
- Password
4. Click the "REGISTER" button.
5. Check the "I agree" box in the General Consent section and click the "I ACCEPT" button.
6. Enter the One-time PIN (OTP) that you'll receive on your registered mobile number and click the "CONTINUE" button.
Enter your account number and Telephone Number.
Notes:
- Your membership in the program is valid so long as you are a subscriber to PLDT Home.
- You can enroll a maximum of 5 PLDT Accounts.
- Corporate accounts cannot be enrolled at the moment.
- Only accounts that have been successfully enrolled are eligible for PLDT Home Rewards Crystals and rewards, which are awarded for certain transactions, services, and products.
How to earn Crystals under the PLDT Home Rewards program?
Below are several ways to earn PLLDT Home Rewards Crystals.
1. Enroll your PLDT Home Account
Receive 20 crystals for every PLDT Home account enrolled.
2. Pay bills on time and in full each month
Get 1 crystal for every P50 bill paid on time.

Get 20 crystals for every PLDT account enrolled on e-SOA (electronic Statement of Account).

4. Sign-up for Auto-Debit Arrangement
Get 20 crystals for every PLDT account enrolled on Auto Debit Arrangement.
5. Upgrade your Plan
Get 50 crystals for each plan upgrade or migration to new network technology. For example, you're upgrading from ADSL/VDSL/VVDSL to FTTH (fiber-to-the-home).
6. Subscribe to Add-on Service
Get 20 crystals for every service added to your existing plan (e.g. Cignal, Famcam, Wifi Mesh etc.)
7. Pay bills via Digital Channels
Receive 5 crystals for every bill payment made via digital channels. Plus, get additional 5 crystals if payment is made via Maya App.
8. Achieving Quarterly Payment Streaks
Get 50 crystals for 3 consecutive (on-time and in-full) monthly payments made for a full quarter. See below for reference:
- Quarterly Payment Period and Awarding of 50 Crystals:
- January to March - Month of April
- April to June - Month of July
- July to September - Month of October
- October to December- Month of January of the following year

Note: Your points or crystals accumulated this current calendar year will expire on April 1 of the succeeding year or upon permanent disconnection of your service.
How to redeem reward items using PLDT Rewards crystals?
To redeem reward items, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the PLDT Home Rewards website at https://mvprewards.ph/loginpldt.
2. Click the "MARKETPLACE" under the Crystals Balance.
3. Choose a reward item from the list under PLDT Home and click the REDEEM button.
4. Make sure you have enough Crystals balance to cover the cost of the item being redeemed.
5. Confirmation of rewards item redemption will be reflected in the transaction history.
The PLDT Home Rewards Marketplace offers bill rebates for PLDT, Smart, Cignal, and Maynilad bills, as well as discount vouchers for dining and retail partners such as Shopee, GrabFood, The SM Store, and more than 40 partner brands.
