- First comes Health. Aloe Vera is used for lowering blood sugar, getting rid of dental plaque, relieving constipation and other digestive disorders. It also improves the immune system because it has polysaturated and monosaturated compounds which helps to boost white blood cells.
- For relieving constipation take one tablespoon full of Aloe Vera gel, add a pinch of rock salt. Mix and eat. Eat this mixture once a day.

- Make a little cut with a knife on a mature leaf and spread through flat over the cut. After fifteen minutes, a yellow colored substance will come out from that cut.
