Today I am going to share two Miracle water recipes which have proven effective in acidity and constipation. First miracle water is to relieve from constipation. Take one little lukewarm water and add to it one tablespoon of fennel or soft seeds, one teaspoon dry ginger powder or half an in crushed fresh ginger root, one teaspoon chia seeds and 2 to 3 dried figs.
