Bhel puri crunchy and munchy street food in easy way

Welcome to all to the "Food Is love" blog.we are here to share another wonderful recipe to share.today we will take a look on "street food".most of person like to eat street food when special we are outside.but guess what u can do it at home .yes u read it right.             Preparation time: 5-10 minutes.                         Cook time:  2-5 minutes .                                     Total time :7-15 minutes maximum.                 Cuisine: indian street food.                                 Type: vegetarian.                                                   Prefered as:Snack.                                                              
Bhel puri.
  So lets move towards the stuff we required.   List of ingredients:1) 2-3 cup of murmura(puffed rice) .                                         2)1/2 chopped onion(pyaaz).                               3)1 potato(Aloo boiled along with cubed) .       4)2-3 papdi (crushed).                                           5)1-2 tbsp fried peanuts (moongfali).                6)1-2 tbsp mixture.                                                 7)2-3 tbsp tomato(chopped).                               8) 1/2 tbsp chaat masala.                                     9)1/4 tbsp red chili powder(Mirch powder).   10)1 tbsp salt(namak as needed).                       11)2-3 tbsp tamarind chutney(imli chutney)   12) 2 tbsp green chutney.                                      13)1/2 cup boondi (optional).                             14)  1-2 tbsp sev(aloo sev or nylon sev).            15)1-2 tbsp lemon juice(nimboo ka ras).           16) 1 tbsp Coriander(chopped finely ).

Step by step guide to follow:step 1:first of all take a large bowl for mixing purpose.               Step 2:Add 2 cups of murmura in that bowl.   Step 3:Add 1/2 cup chopped onion,1/2 boiled cubed potato,2 crushed papdi along with 2 tbsp mixture and 2 tbsp fried peanuts in that bowl.                                                                         Step 4:now add 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes,1/2 tbsp chaat masala along with 1/2 tbsp red chili powder.                                                           Step 5: mix well all the stuff properly.              Step 6:Now we will add 2 tbsp of Tamrind chutney along with that 2-3 tbsp of green chutney and 1 tbsp lemon juice.                         Step 7:mix it well properly.u can also add 1 tbsp of boondi (optional).                                     Step 8:now add 2 tbsp of sev and u can add chopped onions,tomatoes for garnish the dish .                                                                          Step 9: our bhel puri is ready just garnish with some Coriander leaves chopped and enjoy.

 Tip:u can make wet bhel puri too just add more chutney .u can make bhel more interesting just add wafers ,namkeen and salty biscuits
