Methi paratha healthy and tasty at home let's make it together

So here come the weekend.are u get boared with same dal roti and chawal and want to add some change in this.then i have a idea to rock this .i really know that u will fall in love with this. As we all know vegetables are loaded with essential nutrient. Most of the person skip the vegetable or eat less vegetable then this recipe u should must try .  I am talking about combination of vegetable and paratha .are u still guessing I will solve this puzzle.it is "Methi paratha" .                                 
methi paratha with brinjal curry .                     Preparation time:40-45 minutes.                        Cook time :10-15 minutes.                                    Cusine:punjabi.                                                      Type: vegetarian.                                                  Prefered as : Breakfast or lunch.                        Taste better with:plain yogurt(Dahi),mango pickle ,tomato sauce and green chutney and many more.

Methi paratha with plain yoghurt garnish with corinader leaves and red chili powder.  So lets move forward the stuff we needed to do.                                                                              List of ingredients:1) 2 cup wheat flour(gehu ka aata).  2) 1 cup methi leaves(Fenugreek leaves).        3)1/4 cup plain yogurt (dahi use fres          4)  1/2 tbsp turmeric(Haldi).                                5)  1 tbsp ginger paste.                        6)  1/2 tbsp red chili powder.                            7)1/4 tbsp cumin powder(jeera powder).        8) 1/2 tbsp ajwain (carom seeds).                        9)3  tbsp oil.                                                         10)salt (As needed).                                              11)Water (As needed).                                           12 ) 5 tbsp of oil/ghee (For roasting).                                                so lets move towards the steps of making "Methi paratha".                       Steps to go for methi paratha:1)Take a large bowl.                                                                        2)    wheat flour and methi leaves (both add as needed ) and mix it well properly.                3)  now add some 1/4 cup of curd in that curd is for decrease the bitterness of methi.    4) now add spices and salt (both add as u needed don't add too much otherwise it will spoiled).                                                                    5) further now we will add  2 tbsp of oil   and mix it well all properly.                                        6)now add some water for dough formation. 7)cover the dough with wet cloth for 25-30 minutes.                                                                     8)   now we will pinch the dough.                    9)   we will make some medium size balls just rolled it and make it flat.                            10) just dust some wheat flour on the upper surface of paratha.                                              11)rolled upto 4-5 inches on a dough on a roling pin.                                                                12)   just grease the surface of dough with oil or ghee .                                                                    13) bundled it well and form a ball .                  14)  rolled down the ball again to form paratha.                                                                    15) now take a tawa or pan turn on the gas.     16) just place the paratha on that wait for 1-2 minutes.                                                                17) when base is start cooking flip tp other side.                                                Like this our methi paratha is ready serve with smile and love.
