The application requirements for Converge's HomeBase plans are as follows:
- A government-issued ID with three specimen signature
- Barangay Business Clearance
- PRC License (if applicable)
- Photo of business establishment
- For E-Commerce businesses – Proof of business through a screenshot of the e-commerce business/profile page
