Boost Immunity & Improve Stamina Naturally
Good immunity and stamina is called as Ojas in Sanskrit, which means bigger. Mother Nature has provided us with various kinds of food which helps us to enhance immunity. Now, I am going to give you recipes of two drinks that would increase your immunity and stamina.

The First Drink is Zesty Smoothie:
- Take 100 grams yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup chopped dragon fruit
- 1chopped banana
- half a cup of one type of berry either strawberries, raspberries, cranberries or blackberries
Blend yogurt, dragon fruit, banana, berries and cinnamon powder. Mix lemon zest add honey on top of it and serve this smoothie. Can be taken at breakfast, mid morning or in the evening, on an empty stomach or after four hours taking any meal.
- The good bacteria in yogurt helps to turn organic acid into glucose, helps lowering cholesterol, metabolize nutrients, breaks down the enzymes, proteins fibers in food and strengthen the immune system.
- Lemon peel or zest has antioxidants that may support oral immune and heart health.
- Cinnamon keeps blood sugar level stable and prevents fatigue.
- As a food supplement honey keeps the glycogen in your muscles balanced and delays fatigue.
- Dragon fruit is high in vitamin C, antioxidants and iron which are good for your immune system.
- Banana has natural sugar and starch which gives you instant energy to keep going throughout the day.
- Berries and specially dark berries have high antioxidants which may reduce inflammation and fatigue in body.

- Take 30 ml of Embilica (Amla) juice
- 30 ml Aloe Vera juice
- 15 mL Ginger juice
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 teaspoonful of chia seeds which are soaked in water.
- Amla is a natural source of vitamin C. It is known to boost the performance of macrophages and other cells of the immune system.
- The micronutrients in Aloe Vera fight against free radical damage in the body and increase immunity.
- Ginger is anti-inflammatory and has antioxidant which improves cardiovascular functioning, increased blood flow, allows more oxygen to reach your tissues. Thus raising your energy level.
- Chia seeds are tiny, they are great immunity boosters because they are rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids.
- Coconut water has antiviral and antibacterial properties that can help increase your body's immune system and fight wider infections. It provides excellent hydration after exercise for proper recovery and building up stamina.

If anyone is allergic to any of the item written in these recipes then that item you can avoid it but otherwise also it is safe to consume everything. For a couple of weeks, drink one of these drinks for twice a week to find out whether it is suiting your body.
