Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 FE - Where Are You?

Vemuda Techno - So Hey Guys, we have not yet heard anything new regarding the Galaxy Tab S8 FE in a few months. Despite the fact that production on this impending Fan Edition tablet appears to be slow, a few additional details about its display have already surfaced.  

And, based on what we've heard, the next Fan Edition tablet could not provide much of a display upgrade over the present Galaxy Tab S7 FE.

For those who don't know, the Geekbench benchmarking website's database had a Samsung tablet with a model number in September.

At the time, there was speculation that it may be the impending Galaxy Tab S8 FE. Now Roland Quandt, a tipper, has provided updated information about the device.  

Very few details about the Galaxy Tab S8 FE are known, but the latest rumor suggests that Samsung will continue using an LCD panel for the Tab S FE series rather than switching to AMOLED.

This is disappointing news for fans; Samsung should have gone with AMOLED. Because AMOLED screens offer the best dynamic ratios and rich colors, they provide the best experience when watching video content. It has individual LEDs that allow the pixels to be turned on and off individually.  

Anyway Thankfully, like the Galaxy Tab S7 FE, the upcoming Tab S8 FE will continue to offer S Pen support. But don't worry. At least one key display update is still possible.

The Galaxy Tab S8 FE display resolution, size, and other specifications are yet unknown. As a result, even if the Tab S8 FE will not be updated to an AMOLED display, there is still potential for improvement in some areas.

The refresh rate is a major element that the Galaxy Tab S8 FE might enhance. There is room for the S8 FE's display to go toward a 120Hz refresh rate because the Galaxy Tab  S7 FE has a 60Hz LCD.

We'll have to wait and see if the Galaxy Tab S8 FE will provide any significant display upgrades over the Tab S7 FE because its specifics are yet unknown. Regarding other specifications, the Galaxy Tab S8 FE was already identified online in a Geekbench benchmark entry.

The device at the time used the MediaTek Kompanio 900T and ran Android 13. The  Galaxy Tab S7 FE was introduced in June 2021, therefore the successor won't be an annual follow-up.

The tablet seems to have been in work for a while. Time will tell whether the Galaxy Tab S8 FE will be launched in the upcoming year. As always, as soon as I learn more, I'll let you know.
