First, lemon and rosemary water:Cut one lemon into slices and put some Rosemary, add this along with one teaspoon full of chia seeds into1 liter drinking water. Vitamin C and antioxidants in lemon promote good digestion. Rosemary helps in absorption of glucose and therefore maintains low blood sugar levels.

Second, Cinnamon, Apple and Basil Water:Take two to three apple slices, two sticks of cinnamon of about 1 inch each and three to four basil leaves. Drop all these in one liter water. Fourth, Star fruit or Embilica, Lemon and Peppermint Water.Cut one star fruit or Amla into small pieces, slice one whole lemon and take three to four peppermint leaves. Lemons are effective in detoxifying body and helps in metabolism. Peppermint has a powerful aroma which reduces food craving.

Fifth Ginger, Berries and Coriander Seed Water: Take few slices of turmeric, two to three berries of any variety such as strawberries, blueberries, gooseberries and one teaspoon coriander seeds. Add these to one liter water. Ginger is used in treatment of obesity. Coriander seed reduces belly fat effectively. Berries are low in calorie. They are rich even in vitamin C and potassium.
