Lahore Parking Company, intends to hire the services of "Legal Advisor

Lahore Parking Company, (incorporated under Section 32 of Companie  Act, 2017) intends to hire the services of "Legal Advisor" (on retainership basis) as per companies (Appointment of Legal Advisor) Act, 1974, against qualification & experience as mentioned belo\v: 

Eli,:ibility Criteria: 

• LLB/ LLB (Hon1> from HEC recognized University and according to the instructions issued by the Law & Parlimentary Affairs Department, Govt. of the Punjab vide leller No. Gen:2-1/2008/1941 dated 14-05-2011. 

• Foreign qualification will be an advantage. 

• Minimum Five (05) Years post qualification experience as an Advocate of High Court. 

• The candidate should have experties of handling corporate legal matter Prices matters, drafting of laws, rules. procedures and appearing before the Civil / Subordinate Court. High Court & Labour Appellate Tribunal. 

• The candidate should be well versed ,vith the Company Act. 2017. Labour Laws Income Tax Ordinance 200 I, Sales Tax Act, 1990 & PPRA Rules 2014.
