One of the many amino acids in the body is Tyrosine. And it is known to play an important role in the production of dopamine with enzymes, present in the body capable of converting Tyrosine into the happy hormone. Another amino acid named Phenoaniline has also been shown to have similar properties as Tyrosine. With both being able to increase dopamine levels in the brain. Hence helping to promote deep thinking and improve memory. If you're looking for some of the protein food sources that are rich in either of these two amino acids then you should go for turkey, beef, eggs, dairy, soy or legumes. |

When we say sleeping well, here we absolutely mean getting enough sleep when dopamine is released in the brain it usually creates feelings of alertness and wakefulness and when you don't have proper sleep, these natural processes are disrupted. However when you get quality sleep, it helps to keep your dopamine levels balanced and also keeps you more alert and active to go about your daily activities. According to recent studies when people are forced to stay awake through the night, the availability of dopamine receptors in their brains is dramatically reduced by the next morning. It's recommended by the National Sleep Foundation that every adult should get between seven to nine hours of sleep for optimal health. And by doing this you get to regulate your body's natural dopamine rhythms. |
