Malai kofta mesmerizing and fantastic dish

. Preparation time:10-15 minutes. Total Cook time: 60-70 minutes maximum. Cook time: 60 minutes. Cuisine: Indian. Type: Vegetarian. Prefered as:Lunch,Dinner. Taste better with:Tandoor roti,butter naan,roti, plain rice,jeera rice and many more. LIST OF INGREDIENTS:. 1)3 Large potatoes (Aloo Boiled). 2)200-250 gm paneer (Cottage cheese). 3) 25-50 gram maida. 4) 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (Hara dhaniya chopped). 5) 2-3 onions(Pyaaz). 6) 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste(Adrak lehsun paste). 7) 1-2 Tomatoes (Tamatar). 8) 150-200 ml Fresh cream(Malai). 9) 2 Tbsp raisins (Manuka). 10) 5-6 cashew nuts (Kaju). 11) 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder (Haldi). 12) 1 Tbsp Red chili powder (Lal mirch powder). 13) 1 Tbsp kitchen king masala(if not available then use other masala ). 14) 1 Tbsp kasturi methi(Dry Fenugreek Leaves). 2-3 Tbsp oil. 15)Salt (As Needed) and 1 Tbsp sugar (Chini).
STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO FOLLOW:. Step -1: First of all we have to prepare koftas. Step-2: we will store potatoes in refrigerator for 4-5 hours .it will become useful for making soft koftas. Step-3: After that take a masher Mashed the 2-3 potatoes along with 250 gm panner &25 gm maida . Step -4: mixture must be with good consistency nor too hard or not too soft. Step-5: Add 1/2 salt along with some chopped Coriander Leaves together mix it well properly. Step -6: chopped down the raisins along with cashew nuts in small sizes. Step -7: After that add 1/2 Tbsp sugar as taste balancer. Step -8: Take a pan add 2 Tbsp oil for frying purpose. Step -9: rolled down the balls and add dry fruits stuffing inside that balls. Step-10: lets sprinkle some maida on the balls after that fry the koftas on a medium heat . Step -11: our koftas is done now go for curry.
Step -12: add 1tbsp oil and Fry some chopped onion, 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 Tbsp tomato paste in a pan. Step -13: Mix some paste of cashew nut(make a paste or add chopped cashews) along with 2 Tbsp warm milk ( I forgot to mentioned warm milk in list 😅). And add warm milk into the paste. Step -14: Add all dry masala dont add methi right now. Saute them well for 2-3 minutes in this time oil will becomes separate from that stuff . Step -15: Add 1/2 cup water in that pan it will maintain the consistency of gravy. Step -16: Add some Malai, 1 Tbsp sugar along with 1/2 Tbsp kasuri methi in that gravy . Step-17: Simmer the gravy for few minutes oil start departing then add fry koftas and enjoy the dis with harish some cream and Coriander Leaves chopped.
