Dabeli wonderful and tasty street food

                                                                                                                                                                    Welcome to all with bright smile again.its a sunday.so for sunday all we are at home mostly.so ready to make sunday exciting yes so lets make it happen.                                                                                I am talking about "Dabeli" undoubtedly loved street food all over the country.yes sounds yummy na it is.                                                                                         

Indian snack dabeli with chutney.     

                                                                                   Preparation time:50-60 minutes.                       Cook time: 20-25 minutes.                                   Total time : 80-90 minutes.                                  Cuisine: Gujarati indian.                                       Prefered as:snack, breakfast.                              Taste better with:Tomato sauce,green chutney ,red chutney .                                           Type: Vegetarian.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      LIST OF INGREDIENTS:.                                         For dabeli masala: 1)  1 Dry Red chili (Sukhi lal mirch).                                                                2)  1 Tbsp Coriander seeds or Coriander powder.                                                                  3) small piece of cinaamon (Dalchini).              4) 2-3 cloves (Lehsun).                                          5) 1 Tbsp cumin seeds (Jeera ).                                                                                                               For Red garlic chutney:.1) 2 Red chilies                                                      2)1 cup  Garlic cloves                                               (lehsun chopped).                                                   3)  1 Tbsp lemon juice                                                      4)  Salt (As needed)                                                                                                                                                       For potato filing dabeli:.                                       1) 2 potatoes (Must be boiled also mashed and peeled properly).                                            2)  1 Onion (pyaaz chopped).                              3)   2 Tbsp Dabeli masala.                                    4)   pinch of Hing (Asafoetida).                            5) 1/2 Tbsp cumin seeds (Jeera).                        6) 2 Tbsp Tamarind dates chutney(Imli khajur chutney) .                                                  7)  1/2 Cup grated coconut.                                  8)  1/2 Cup pomogrante seeds(Anar ke beej).  9)  1/2 Cup chopped Coriander Leaves (Hara dhaniya).                                                                10) 2 Tbsp  of oil.                                                    11)  water (Optional).                                            12) Salt (As needed).                                                                                                                                 For serving dabeli required stuff:.                     1) 5-6 Buns or Paav slices light roasted with oil or Butter .                                                           2) 1 Cup roasted peanuts(Moongfali).               3)  1 Cup chopped Coriander Leaves (Hara dhaniya) .                                                                 4) 1 Cup nylon sev or potato sev small.             5) 1/2 Cup pomogrante seeds.                             6)  Garlic chutney (As needed).                           7) Tamarind chutney (As Needed).                                                                                                                                                                                          

Dabeli with chopped Coriander leaves ,onions along with roasted peanuts.

                                                                                                                                                                    STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO FOLLOW:.                           Step-1:  First of all we have to make dabeli masala powder .so just dry roast the red chili along with  1/2 Tbsp cumin and 3-4 cloves ,small piece of cinnamon along with some Coriander seeds.                                                            Step -2: Take a grinder and all the ingredients properly.                                                                 Step-3: Grind untill it make fine powder .                    Step -4:Now we make red  garlic chutney.              Step -5: before that we need soaked red chilies for 35-40 minutes after that soaked red chili  ,some garlic , 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice along with pinch of salt grind untill it make smooth paste .                                                                            Step -6:   Add some water if there is need and keep that aside for some time.                                          Step-7:  Now we will go for potato stuffing.                                                                                                  Step -8: Boil the 2 or 3 potatoes I'm a pressure cooker for further preparation.                            Step -9: remove the skin of boiled potatoes and mash the potatoes with masher.                                                                                         Step -10: Take a pan heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan along with 1/2 tbsp of cumin seeds.                                                                                              Step -11: Then now add some chopped onions .fry the onions for few minutes in few minutes they becomes soft.                                                                                                                          Step-12:Now add pinch of hing for 1-2 minutes on medium heat .                                                                                                                         Step -13: Now add 1 Tbsp of Tamarind dates chutney along with onions mixed well.                                                                                               Step -14: Add properly Mashed potatoes in that and mix well again.                                                                                                                               Step-15: add 1 Tbsp of dabeli masala in that mashed potatoes add 1/2 Tbsp of salt and mix well.                                                                          Step-16: stir mix well the mixture and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.                                          step-17: if mixture feel little dry then add some water to maintain the consistency.         Step -18:after 2-3 minutes is done take a plate spread the mixture .                                          Step -19:  sprinkle the grated coconut on a stuffing as a garnished.                                             Step-20: just garinsh with chopped coariander leaves  on top of the stuffing.               Step -21:  Now add a pomogrante seeds all over the  stuffing.                                                        Step -22: Take a plate add   sweet chutney on the slices of bun.just enjoy the dabeli add some sev all over the bun and stuffing.                                                                                                                     

Dabeli garnish with sev , pomegranate seeds and roasted peanuts.
