We are crazy about street food especially"Foodies". Today we are going to ride that stuff.i am talking about Delicious and amazing stuff"Chole kulche".it's usually consumed in delhi,punjab and many more places throughout the india.                                                                                                                     

                       Chole kulche along with dal and butter on kulche.                                                                                                                                        Preparation time:10-20 minutes.                     Cook time: 5-10 minutes.                                     Cuisine: Indian.                                                     Type: Vegetarian.                                                  Prefered as: Breakfast,Lunch.                             Taste better with: chole,acchar(pickle),dal,curry ,chutneys and many more.

                                                                                                                                                                     List Of Ingredients:.                                               1) 1 Cup Boiled chole( Ubale huye matar).       2) 1 Chopped onion(Pyaaz).                                 3) 1 Chopped tomato (Tamatar).                         4) 1/2 Chopped green chili (hari mirch).           5)1- 2 Tbsp roasted cumin powder( bhuna huva jeera powder).                                               6) 4-5 spring curry leaves (Kadipatta).               7)  1/2 Tbsp Dhaniya powder.                             8)  1/2 Tbsp Red chili powder(lal mirch powder).                                                                 9)   Salt (As needed).                                               10)  1/2 Tbsp black pepper  .                                 11) 1/2 lemon (properly cut).                               12)  1-2 Boiled Mashed potatoes (Aloo).             13)1/2 Tbsp chat masala.                                     14) 1/2 Tbsp kitchen king masala.                       15) 1-2 Tbsp Tamarind chutney (imli chutney).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Step By Step Guide To Follow:.                            1)    Take a empty bowl add  some chopped tomatoes along with chopped onions and green chili into a bowl.                                         2)    After that add masalas.                                  3) Then add Boiled potatoes and Boiled chole into that bowl.(if not boiled then boiled potatoes and chole in separate pot add enough water they will Boil).                              4)   now squeeze out the lemon juice into a bowl along with that add 1/2 Tbsp chat masala and 1/2 Tbsp kithcen king masala into a bowl.                                                              5) Now add 1 Tbsp Tamrind chutney.tamrind chutney will give some tangy flavour to chole.mix it well with a large spoon.                6)  Now we will toast the kulche.                         7) take a pan add 1 Tbsp butter on that.           8) place a kulcha on tawa and spread butter on it.add chopped Coriander Leaves into kulcha.and enjoy.                                                   9) Garnish the chole with Coriander Leaves,Chopped tomatoes and onion.

                                                                                   Tip: you can add cumin seeds in chole and kulche both.                                                             U can add spring curry leaves as a garnish for chole.                                                                 If kitchen king masala not available then u can use chole masala too.
