            What is type 1 Diabetes?

Type 1 Diabetes is a condition in which your penicillin-making betta cells are deststoyed by pancrease.This type is usually found in children and young people,so it is called juvenile Diabetes.

         Symptoms:

Type 1 Diabetes symptoms are following;

1.Frequent urination

2.Fatigue

3.blurry vision

4.Dry mouth

5.increased hunger

6.Rapid breathing

7.Belly pain

      CAUSES:

Insulin is a hormone that regulates blood glucose level in our body.When betta cells are affected they can't perform their functions properly and hence the glucose metabolism in our body disturbed.This leading to accumulation of glucose in body and causing high blood glucose level which can lead to;

      Dehydration:

When there is extra sugar in blood that needs to be removed from body and you pee mor.That is the way body get rid of it.A large amount of water goes out with that urine leading body to dehydration.

     Weight loss:

The glucose that pees out takes a lot of calories with it therefore leading towards weight loss.Therefore a person with high sugar level losses weight.dehydratio also play a role in it.

     Damage to body:

The presence of high blood sugar level for a long time may damages nerves and small blood vessels in your eye,kidney and heart.They can lead to hardens the vessels and causing Heat Attack.

      Risk Factors:

Only 5% people have diabetes type 1.It affects both male and female in equal proportion.you are at risk of getting it if you are;

1.younger than 20 

2.White 

3.Have parents with type 1

     Diagnosis:

Diagnosis is made by doctor by either checking blood glucose level or urine test.

     Treatment:

You can live a long health life by controlling your blood sugar level.You can maintain blood sugar level by insulin or proper food, exercise etc.Yout doctor prefer to use insulin and there may be a different types of insulin that is listed below;

     Rapid- Acting:

Its onset is fast it takes about 15 minutes to start work.its peak achieve in 1 hours and it keep going activity for 3,4 hours.

    Short-Acting:

It takes about 30 minutes to start work.Its peak achieve in 2 to 3 hours and it keeps going activity for 4 to 6 hours 

    Intermediate-Acting;

It takes about 2 to 4 hours to work and its peak achieve in 4 to 12 hours and it keeps going activity for 8 to 12 hours.

    Long-Acting:

Its takes about several hours after getting in to body and lasts for almost 24 hours.

    Life Style Changes;

Exercise is very important for treating type 1.Exercise affects your blood glucose level so you have to chek and maintain insulin and food level while doing exercise. 

Knowledge is power so keep an eye on your blood sugar level before,during and after exercise.It will helps you to improve your life.Build a healthy diet plan and if your blood sugar level remains high then move towards different tests like urine or blood glucose level test.

       Type 1 Diabetes Complications:

    1.cardiovascular disturbances;

Diabetes can lead to high risk of blood clotting,high blood pressure and cholesterol.This leads to chest pain,hear attack, stroke and Heart failure.

   2.Skin Problems;

People with diabetes are more susceptible to fungal or bacterial diabetes can lead to blisters and scar formation.

  3.Pregnancy Problems;

Women's with diabetes type 1 have high risk of Early birth, stillbirth,birth defects.

  4.Kidney Problems;

About 20 to 30 percent people with diabetes have a condition called Nephropathy.it can lead to other serious problems like kidney failure and heart attack.

                Diabetes is the most emerging problem of allover the world.the target of diabetes is mostly fat and chubby persons.So you can safe yourself from diabetes by maintenance of your health by building a healthy diet schedule and doing proper exercise to keep yourself fit and away from diabetes.
