 Hair foll advice and tips

Hair is one of the most important parts of a person’s body. It affects how people look and feel, so it is essential that people take care of their hair properly. There are many things that can damage hair, including environmental factors like heat, sunlight, humidity and salt; lifestyle choices such as not washing or styling your hair regularly; and certain foods and drinks.

In this article, we are going to discuss hair follicles. There are three types of hair follicles- The Inflammatory Follicle, The Specialized Follicle, and The Pigmentation Follicle.

Inflammatory Follicles: These are the follicles that are most commonly affected by hair loss. They are the ones that are most susceptible to the DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) responsible for male pattern baldness. You can slow hair loss by treating these follicles with anti-allergy medication or by using minoxidil on a regular basis.

Specialized Follicles: These are the follicles responsible for hair growth. If you lose hair from the scalp, it is most probably because of a Specialized Follicle that has been damaged. You can prevent hair loss by nourishing these follicles with quality supplements or by using special treatments on a regular basis.

Pigmentation Follicles: These are the follicles that produce darker strands of hair. They are not as susceptible to the effects of DHT and hair loss, though you can still lose hair from them. You can prevent hair loss by protecting these follicles with antioxidants or by using natural ingredients that protect hair from damage.

Hair follicles are important because they are responsible for the production of hair. If you are experiencing hair loss, it is important to get treatment for your inflammatory follicles or to use supplements that will help to nourish your specialized follicles. If you are experiencing hair growth, it is important to protect your pigment follicles.
