WhatsApp: How to make video and voice calls on desktop

Whatsapp Desktop App has came with the feature, where one can make voice call and video call on it. Whatsapp voice call and video call are end to end encrypted, which means whatsapp cannot see or hear the video or voice calls.

 

Whatsapp Desktop App need to be installed on your PC or desktop to use the feature of video calls or voice calls. As of now this feature is supported on desktop which runs on Windows 10 64-bit version 1903 or higher and on desktop which runs macOS 10.13 and higher.

 

One also needs to have audio output, microphone and camera on their desktop for making voice calls or video calls. Internet connection also need to be active on both devices, that is on desktop and mobile. How to make voice and video calls on WhatsApp Desktop

#First step is that, one needs to download and install whatsapp desktop app in the Desktop or PC

 

#After installation, one needs to scan the QR code, which one can do by opening whatsapp on their mobile phone, tap on three dotted line and then tap on Whatsapp Web to scan.

 

 #Now one can see all the whatsapp chats on the desktop app. Tap on the call icon, which can be seen on the top most of the right corner of the screen, to make video calls or voice calls.

 

#Select the call button to start the voice call or video call.

In this way, one can now do the voice call or video call on their Desktop or PC, with the help of Whatsapp Desktop App.
